Charles Vorwaller

Chief Executive Officer

Charles founded the company in 2014 and has since been the catalyst in helping the company achieve worldwide success. Charles’ philosophy is to always put the customer first, which has become the heartbeat of the company. A true leader and tireless worker, Charles has spent his life advancing light and laser technologies. As an author, inventor, and visionary, Charles leads the development of the company’s product line and ensures every facet of the company is FDA and ISO compliant.

A native of Colorado, Charles chose the name “Aspen Laser” because of his love of the mountains and the symbolism this lends to: reaching new heights and strength. A passionate and loving family man, Charles has been married to his wife, Kathy, for almost 40 years, and has 5 kids and 5 grandchildren.

Charles earned his bachelors degree from Westminster College and received leadership certification from the Harvard Business School. Charles has spent nearly 35 years in the light and laser therapy industry.

Justin Vorwaller

Chief Operating Officer

Justin joined the company shortly after its founding in 2014 and has played a critical role in helping the company grow in outstanding ways. Justin is highly driven and successfully leads the financial, sales, and operational departments. Born to lead, Justin makes sure each member of the company is motivated, contributes, and feels valued.

Justin earned a bachelors degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Utah State University. As a former collegiate basketball player, Justin utilizes the “sports mindset” by bringing a winning attitude, passion, and hard work to each facet of the company.

While not working, Justin enjoys attending sporting events and concerts, is an avid reader, and maintains a close relationship with his family and friends. As a new hobby, Justin enjoys competing in marathons and triathlons, and aspires to compete in an Ironman race. Justin also enjoys traveling and has visited over 20 countries.

Ed Goeddel

Director of Regulatory Affairs

Ed has been with the company since its founding in 2014 and has been an integral part of the company’s success. Ed has become a master in quality control, shipping procedures, and production management. Additionally, his customer first approach helps our company provide the best customer.

Ed has a long history of management and business ownership. His previous experience includes sales management and corporate training.

While not working, Ed has a passion for cooking, especially barbeque, and finds pleasure in watching others enjoy his food. Ed has been married to his wife Irene for 35 years and has two children and one grandchild.

Chase Vorwaller

Director of Marketing

Chase has been with the company since 2017 and has proven to be an invaluable member of the organization. Chase is multi-talented and wears many different hats within the company. Chase is a tireless worker, often putting in more hours than anyone, while managing much of the day to day operations. Chase is a highly creative individual which lends himself well to overseeing the marketing department.

Chase earned a bachelors degree from Weber State University. While at Weber State, Chase was a member of the football team and earned Academic All-American while playing.

While not working, Chase enjoys spending time with family and friends, has a great love for sports, enjoys carpentry and remodeling homes, and traveling. A native of Colorado, Chase is also fluent in Spanish.

Valerie Krossin

Regional Sales Manager

Valerie joined the company in 2018 and has since worked hard to become the top representative in the company. A thoughtful, talented, and strong individual, Valerie wows customers with her knowledge, expertise, and tireless work ethic. Valerie is involved in many facets of the company including sales, training, and recently appointed as the company’s Clinical Director.

A native of South Dakota, Valerie has almost 20 years of experience in the light and laser industry.

Alan Richardson

Production Manager

Alan has been with the company since 2019 and plays a crucial role in managing the production and warehouse operations. Alan ensures all product meet proper quality control measures, are safely packaged, transported, and installed at each customer’s location. Alan’s work ethic, dedication and commitment has impressed every member of the company which has garnered a tremendous amount of respect.

Alan earned a bachelors degree from Utah Valley University and is currently working towards his graduate degree during the evenings. Alan is a veteran of the US Army, serving 8 years as a 19D Cav Scout. He served in multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, and after his service, was a private military contractor for the state department and department of defense.

While not working, Alan enjoys spending time with family and friends, football, rebuilding classic cars, and is a gun enthusiast. Alan is a native of Texas.

Spencer Burnett

Project Manager

Spencer has been with the company since 2021 and plays an important role in managing projects and initiatives within the company. Spencer is a diligent worker with a contagious positive attitude. He is relied upon greatly to carry out the missions of the company.

Spencer earned an associates degree from Dixie State University and has previous work experience in the financial sector.

While not working, Spencer enjoys the outdoors, camping, rappelling, and is an avid traveler, visiting nearly all 50 US States. Spencer and his wife, Jenna, were recently married in August 2021.

Dawson Richman

Account Manager

Dawson has been with the company since 2021 and plays a vital role in managing customer accounts and quality control responsibilities. Dawson is a talented and charismatic individual with a pleasant personality that is appreciated within the office.

Dawson earned a bachelors degree from Utah Valley University and will begin working towards an MBA starting in the Fall of 2022. Dawson is a member of the Utah National Guard 35M and is a trained human intelligence collector.

While not working, Dawson is a skilled musician, teaching night classes in the evenings. A native of Utah, Dawson enjoys the outdoors and fitness, is a voracious reader and is fluent in German. Dawson and his wife were recently married in May 2021.

Mark Murdock

Regional Sales Manager

Mark joined the company in 2021 and has quickly become a favorite among our company and customers. Mark has a vast range of experience leading and managing companies in the medical space, most recently cryotherapy technology, and utilizes this experience to connect with clinic owners and customers alike. His portfolio includes nearly a hundred pro sports and college teams, and hundreds of clinics across the US.

A former college basketball coach, Mark is passionate about helping others and seeing clinics achieve both financial and clinical success. A native of Texas, Mark enjoys the outdoors, fitness, and spending time with his family of 5.

Tom Robertson

Sales Representative

Tom joined the company in 2014 and has successfully funded over 200 accounts. Tom is a tireless worker and has found a niche in selling into the sports market. Tom has helped the company place product in more than 50 pro sports teams and universities.

Referred respectfully as “Laser Tom”, Tom holds a Ph.D in psychology from Arkansas State University and teaches part-time at the famed chiropractic school, Logan University.

When not working, Tom enjoys golfing and watching football. A resident of High Point, Missouri, Tom has been married to his wife for 40 years.

Patrick Bowman

Sales Representative

Patrick joined the company in 2018 as a sales representative and has since transformed himself to be the lead installer, trainer, and service tech, in addition to sales. A people-first and pleasant individual, Patrick successfully represents the company in a wide variety of ways. Patrick is often found on the road, going from show to show, demo to demo, and customer to customer.

When not working, Patrick enjoys fitness, sports, and watching his son, Cooper, play baseball for the New York Yankees minor league organization.
