About the Program
When you enroll in our Extended Care Program, you can relax knowing that your TheraLight device will continue to operate at the highest level of safety, quality, and performance. Regardless of whether your device is nearing the end of its original warranty or if its original warranty has expired, you’re still eligible to enroll in our Extended Care Program. Extending the care of your TheraLight system translates to:

Recertification Service
Once you’ve enrolled in Extended Care, we’ll send an authorized TheraLight technician to your site to carefully inspect your device both externally and internally. Each of our technicians is rigorously trained to clean, recalibrate, and ensure that all components are in proper working order. Your device will be tested for optimum factory-specified light power output verification, all components will receive proper quality control checks, and our technician will determine if any parts need to be replaced. Lastly, a diagnostic check on your current operating software will be performed, and your system will be recalibrated as necessary. If a new software upgrade version is available, it will be uploaded to your software control system.


On-Demand Priority Service
By enrolling in our Extended Care Program, you automatically qualify for On-Demand Priority Status. This means that if, for any reason, your device needs to be serviced for repair, one of our factory-trained technicians will arrive onsite within 72 hours to diagnose and quickly repair your unit. Get back to recovery faster and worry less about fees, downtime, and lost revenue.
Terms & Conditions
The Extended Care Program includes:
1. TheraLight system: Upon proper inspection, recalibration, and certification, TheraLight will warrant each light therapy device an additional time period to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the extended period of one (1) year, two (2) years or three (3) years, from the date of Extended Care Program approval and payment.
The Company’s obligation under this Extended Care Program is limited to providing any and all necessary product repairs upon TheraLight examination and final determination as to cause or existence of defect and, at its option to repair or replace the products or parts, which prove to be defective during the Extended Care period.
The program will not cover any cosmetic damage that does not affect the use of the device. Any preexisting damage is recorded during the inspection and subject to rejection; or if approved, the damage will be recorded and not subject to repair during life of the Extended Care Program.
Product returns are not authorized by TheraLight, and any product return requests are evaluated on a case by case basis. Any product return is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Bed removal and freight shipping are not included and will be added to the restocking fee. TheraLight will not accept product returns (or refunds) after ninety (90) days from the date of original
purchase.
All products shipped to the company must have prior approval. The Company will not honor any
unauthorized returns. Any damage from the
unauthorized return will become the sole financial responsibility of the customer.
The customer must notify the Company in writing or verbally regarding any product requests. All requests must have prior authorization from the Company. Customer Service Toll Free 877-782-7736.
This Extended Care Program extends only to the original end-user purchaser (including authorized distributors) of the TheraLight system, unless otherwise approved by the Company prior to the Extended Care offering.
Any transfer of Extended Care must be approved in writing from TheraLight. Extended Care transfers will require a new review and recertification by the Company. Please contact TheraLight to obtain a quote for certification.
This Extended Care Program will not apply to those products which have been:
1. Repaired or altered other than in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, or
2. Abused, misused, improper handling in use, or storage, or used in an unauthorized or improper manner or without following written procedures supplied by the company. We understand that accidents happen. However, accidents such as damaging the unit, are NOT covered by the Extended Care Program and subject to warranty rejection.
3. Original identification markings or labels have been removed, defaced or altered,
4. Any other claims not arising directly from material defects in material or workmanship.
This extended warranty is the exclusive Extended Care Program offered by TheraLight in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, or implied, including any Extended Warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and shall be purchaser’s sole remedy and TheraLight’s sole liability on contract or Extended Care of otherwise for the products. This Extended Care Program shall not be modified or amended without the written approval from TheraLight. If the device is deemed unrepairable, TheraLight reserves the right to send a replacement unit.
In no event shall TheraLight be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the failure to perform or use or improper use of any goods or services sold pursuant hereto, whether due to breach of contract, breach of Extended Care Program, negligence or otherwise. All warranty and repair work must be performed by TheraLight’s authorized service center upon submission of a claim to our customer service center. Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
