Charles Vorwaller
Charles founded the company in 2014 and has since been the catalyst in helping the company achieve worldwide success. Since day one, Charles’ philosophy has been to always put the customer and patient first, which has become the heartbeat of the company. A true leader and tireless worker, Charles has spent his life advancing light and laser technologies. As an author, inventory, and visionary, Charles leads the development of the company’s complete product line and ensures every facet of the company remains FDA, MDSAP, OSHA, and ISO compliant.
A native of Colorado, Charles chose the name “Aspen Laser” because of his love of the mountains and the symbolism of reaching new heights. A passionate and living family man, Charles has been married to his wife, Kathy, for more than 40 years, and has 8 children (3 spouses) and 10 grandchildren. Charles earned his bachelors degree from Westminster College and received leadership certification from the Harvard Business School in 2020. Charles has spent nearly 40 years advancing the light and laser therapy industry.
Justin Vorwaller
Justin joined the company shortly after its founding in 2014 and has played a critical role in helping the company grow in outstanding ways. Justin is highly driven and successfully leads the company in the financial, marketing, and sales departments. Born to lead, Justin makes sure each member of the company is motivated, contributes, and feels valued.
Justin earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Utah State University. Justin utilizes the “sports mindset” by bringing a winning attitude, passion, and hard work to each facet of the company.
While note working, Justin enjoys traveling, attending sporting events and concerts, is an avid reader, and maintains a close relationship with his family and friends. As a new hobby, Justin enjoys competing in marathons and triathlons, and aspires to compete in an Ironman race. Justin is married to his wife, Esther, and is expecting the birth of their first baby this spring.
Jeff Butler
Jeff has more than 17 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. His deep understanding of this field comes from his extensive background and hard work. Known for his dedication and attention to detail, Jeff consistently delivers successful results. Outside of work, Jeff is a devoted family man. He is happily married with four kids and takes pride in being the best soccer and dance dad possible. Whether at a soccer match or a dance recital, Jeff's commitment to his family is strong. Jeff's professional expertise and personal dedication make him reliable and well-rounded, excelling both at work and at home.
Chase Vorwaller
Chase has been with the company since 2017 and has proven to be an invaluable member of the organization. Chase is multi-talented and wears many different hats within the company. Chase is technical by nature and his attention to detail has greatly helped our company advance our products and technology.
Chase earned a bachelor's degree from Weber State University. While at Weber State, Chase was a member of the football team and earned Academic All-American while playing. While not working, Chase enjoys spending time with family and friends, and has a great love for sports and traveling. A native of Colorado, Chase is also fluent in Spanish.
MARK MURDOCK
Mark joined the company in 2021 and has quickly become a favorite among both our company and customers. Mark has a vast range of experience leading and managing companies in the medical and wellness space and utilizes this experience to connect with clinic owners and customers alike. His sales portfolio includes clients among more than a hundred pro and college sports teams, hundreds of clinics across the US, and some of the most famous people in the world.
A former college basketball coach, Mark is passionate about helping others and seeing clinics achieve both financial and therapeutic outcomes. A native of Texas, Mark enjoys the outdoors, takes part in golf and cross fit, and loves spending time with his family of 5.
KATHY VORWALLER
Kathy has been an integral part of the company’s growth from quite literally inception and even years prior. Having been married to Charles for more than 40 years, Kathy has understood what it takes to make sacrifices for the good of the company. Now in a vital role in accelerating the growth of the company, Kathy continues to make sacrifices and more, as she makes sure the company, especially the corporate headquarters, runs in tip-top shape.
While not working, Kathy is passionate about being involved in her family’s life, most especially her dear grandchildren. Kathy is the proud parent of 8 children (3 spouses) and 10 grandchildren. An original native of Utah, Kathy returns to her home state after being in Colorado for more than 40 years.
LUCY WISE
Lucy joins the team with over 10 years of experience in Customer Service and 5+ years in the Wellness Industry. Lucy is passionate, organized, dedicated, and thoughtful. This allows us to trust that each customer will be taken care of fully and with excellent care.
As a devoted mom Lucy loves spending time with her two sons when she isn't working. She also enjoys being with her family, getting outside, hiking and traveling. Lucy has a deep passion for ensuring customer satisfaction and firmly believes that each interaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact. With her reliable dedication and commitment to excellence, she continues to redefine the standards of the customer experience.
Jessica Murphy
Moses Mwangi
Moses was born in Nairobi, Kenya, and moved to the United States to pursue his educational aspirations. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Logistics from Clayton State University in 2003. While attending college, Moses gained experience working in a warehouse and as a technical assistant. After graduating, he spent several years as a career and guidance counselor, supporting at-risk and underprivileged youth. Moses then founded a small repair and installation company, which he successfully operated for many years before joining the TheraLight team as an installation technician. In his free time, Moses enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, coaching soccer, and playing golf. His friends often describe him as loyal, hardworking, and a diehard Manchester United fan.
Anthony Vazquez
Anthony joined the company in 2022 and has worked hard to pave his way as a future leader of our company. Anthony operates with excellent attention to detail and makes sure each product meets the high standards of quality control and completes the final assembly of each unit. While Anthony may be quiet, his work ethic speaks volumes. Anthony is relied upon greatly to process each order safely and efficiently onward to final release and on to the customer.
A native of Utah, Anthony is an avid sports fan, most often cheering for the Utah Jazz and Utah Utes. Bi-lingual, Anthony is often asked to translate documents and materials in Spanish and assists the sales team in various responsibilities related to his fluency of both the English and Spanish languages. Recently, Anthony married his sweetheart in a private ceremony in Utah.
DEBORAH GRANT
Deb, born and raised in Utah, brings over 14 years of accounting experience to her role. She previously served 22 years with the Salt Lake Sheriff’s Department as a deputy, retiring with a reputation for her dedication and integrity. Outside of work, Deb enjoys horseback riding, hunting, and camping with her husband and four horses and three dogs. Known for her outgoing and uplifting personality, she is valued for the positivity and energy she brings to her professional and personal circles.

Irene Goeddel
Irene joined the company in 2022 and has played a key role in our warehouse expansion and overall efficiency. First hired as a processing specialist, Irene now manages all incoming and outgoing shipments for the company. Irene is a hard worker and is eager to put in a good day’s work.
A native of upstate New York, Irene and her husband Ed, also a company employee, have been married for more than 40 years. Irene and Ed managed the warehouse operations in our very first shop in Florida. They have since relocated to Utah where they work at headquarters full-time.

JEFF GAVETTE
Jeff recently rejoined the company after a year’s absence and brings back his nearly 20 years of service and experience in the light and laser industries. A first-class representative, Jeff is a true “road warrior”, often spending hours on the road supporting more than one thousand of his customers. At tradeshows you will find Jeff hugging and shaking hands with hundreds of friends and acquaintances he has made over two decades in the industry.
Jeff first joined our company in 2018 and was integral in transforming our sales department and hriing some of the best and most talented individuals in the industry. A former Coast Guard, Jeff loves to travel and spending time with his three children. Jeff resides in Florida.
MARY LOU PAYNE
Mary Lou joined our company in 2023 and took off like a rocket ship, generating more revenue than any first-time rep in company history. Mary Lou is driven, down-to-earth, and confidentiality carries a delightful presence when she engages with anyone. Mary Lou had found success in the industry selling aesthetic and beauty products before joining our team to focus heavily in our wellness division. Mary Lou is a team player whose energy is contagious.
Mary Lou is a native of Arkansas but developed her career in Texas. She and her husband, Tim, moved back to Arkansas to be closer to family and grow their own, with 2 little boys. Living on 40 acres, Mary Lou finds enjoyment in the outdoors and is ultra-competitive in the gym and cross fit.
TIM WAKEFIELD
Tim joined our company in 2023 as a sales representative, after spending more than 30 years as a practicing Chiropractor. As a DC, Tim brings a unique skill set to our company in that he has operated on the “other side”. This perspective gives new customers confidence that implementing laser and light therapy into their practice is not only a good thing for their patients but great for their bottom line.
A native of Wisconsin, Tim and his wife, Lore, recently relocated to South Carolina while they being their next phase of life. An extremely hard worker and affable presenter, Tim is enjoying this next chapter of his career, right along side his wife, Lore.

WEST MURDOCK
Born in Wylie, Texas, and raised across Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado, West has a diverse background and is now back in Texas. He graduated from Collin Community College with an Associate's Degree in Science and Technology. West has a strong foundation in the service industry, having worked his way up to a trainer of new staff at his second restaurant job. His main hobbies include competitive volleyball, playing guitar, reading, rock climbing, running, and generally being active. West is known for being headstrong in a positive way, excelling in conflict mediation, and being personable, making him a well-rounded and effective professional.
Jose Pena
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Jose has cultivated a diverse range of interests and skills over the years. Passionate about working on cars, camping, travel, biking, and electrical work, Jose brings a well-rounded perspective to any professional setting. Professionally, Jose has a robust background, having previously been employed by Federal Express. This experience has honed his logistical and operational skills, providing a solid foundation for future endeavors. Academically, Jose pursued post-secondary education, earning an electronics degree. His expertise is further validated by his certification as a California Certified Electrician. Among Jose's most commendable strengths are his problem-solving abilities and tech-savviness. These attributes make Jose an invaluable asset in any technical or operational role, ensuring efficient and innovative solutions to complex challenges.
BRENT COUNTS
Born and raised in Evansville, Indiana, Brent has built a diverse and accomplished career. After earning a degree in Conservation Law Enforcement and a minor in Law Enforcement, he successfully operated a landscaping company for over a decade. Brent later applied his law enforcement education by joining the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant before retiring due to a non-work-related injury. His mechanically oriented mind has enabled him to install over 2,000 pieces of equipment across the United States and in 12 different countries. Brent prides himself on maintaining open communication with customers and ensuring their satisfaction throughout any project. His greatest achievements are his 21-year-old son serving in the USMC and his 13-year-old son at home.
DUSTYN ELLSWORTH
Dustyn, based in Woods Cross, Utah, brings an exceptional blend of expertise and passion to his professional endeavors. With a background as a former directional drill supervisor, Dustyn has honed his skills in leadership, precision, and strategic planning. Outside of his professional life, Dustyn enjoys golfing, camping, and hunting, which reflect his love for the outdoors and his commitment to staying active and engaged. His strengths in customer service are unparalleled, ensuring that every client receives personalized attention and top-notch support. Dustyn's optimistic outlook and versatile skill set make him a valuable asset in any field, demonstrating his ability to excel and achieve outstanding results in any challenge he undertakes.
